I extracted the broken right front tooth (maxillary right central incisor) and placed a dental implant. I attached a new crown to the implant after proper healing time (~3-4 months).

The patient presented with splinted (connected) metal-ceramic crowns that had been created to fix a gap between those teeth.

I replaced that splint with individual all-ceramic crowns.

Mid twenties patient missing many teeth due to an inherited trait. The “before" image shows a few natural teeth and dental implants placed earlier all restored with crowns. The “after”image are the new crowns on the maxillary arch (upper jaw) and solid zirconia prosthesis supported by four mandibular arch (lower jaw) implants that replace a conventional complete denture.

This patient was missing a lower front tooth for which the jaw was not suitable for a dental implant.  The custom ceramic tooth is bonded to the enamel of the two adjacent teeth
